The Cooper Cos - The maker of medical devices posted second-quarter earnings per share of $1.64, excluding items, on $412.3 million in revenue, versus expectations of EPS of $1.60 on $411 million in sales. Shares declined in after-hours trading.
Diamond Foods - The packaged food company reported third-quarter adjusted earnings per share of 11 cents on $190.9 million in revenue, compared to estimates of EPS of 17 cents on $192 million in sales. Shares dropped in after-hours trading.
Thor Industries - The maker of recreational vehicles reported third-quarter earnings of $1.03 per share on $1.05 billion in revenue. Analysts had expected EPS of $1.07 on $1.05 billion in sales. Shares climbed in after-hours trading.
Vail Resorts - The resort operator posted third-quarter earnings per share of $3.18 on $543 million in revenue, versus estimates of EPS of $2.92 on $522 million in sales. Shares were little changed in after-hours trading.
Verifone Systems - The electronic-payments company tallied second-quarter earnings per share of 37 cents, excluding items, on $466 million in revenue, compared to estimates of EPS of 32 cents on $443 million in sales. Shares spiked in after-hours trading.
