After-hours buzz: Kindred Healthcare, Korn/Ferry & more

Check out which companies are making headlines after the bell Monday:

General Motors - The auto maker was little changed in after-hours trading after it recalled 3.16 million 2000 to 2014 model-year cars to fix ignition key trouble and said it expects to take a charge of up to approximately $700 million in the second quarter as a result.

Gentiva Health Services - The provider of home health, hospice and community care services rallied in after-hours trading after Kindred Healthcare said it would commence a cash tender offer on Tuesday for the company. Kindred Healthcare shares declined in after-hours trading.

Korn/Ferry - The staffing company reported adjusted fourth-quarter earnings per share of 43 cents on $260.8 million in revenue, versus expected EPS of 39 cents on $245 million in sales. Its shares fell in after-hours trading.
