Rumors that Apple will launch a 5.5 inch iPhone this Fall have been bubbling for a while, and now KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said production problems will likely delay the product's launch.
Kuo said that the same problems that are slowing the completion of the rumored 4.7-inch iPhone will likely delay the release of the larger one, possibly into 2015, according to AppleInsider, which obtained a copy of Kuo's report.
The delays have to do with possible problems with touch sensitivity on the new screens, as well as color unevenness on the metal casing, said the report.
The long-rumored iWatch also faces delays and may not be ready until December, the note said.
