Apple - The consumer technology titan edged higher in after-hours trading after getting hammered during the regular session as it dealt with glitches in the latest version of its operating system and reports of bending phones.

Diamond Foods - The packaged-food company jumped in after-hours trading after reporting fourth-quarter and fiscal-year 2014 financial results.

General Motors - Standard & Poor's the auto manufacturer's debt to investment grade from junk. Its shares rose in after-hours trading.

Micron Technology - The semiconductor company rose in after-hours trading after reporting its fourth-quarter earnings.

Nike - The seller of athletic apparel gained in after-hours trading after reporting fiscal first-quarter 2015 earnings per share of $1.09 on $7.98 billion in revenue, versus expectations of EPS of 88 cents on sales of $7.84 billion.

Thor Industries - The recreational-vehicle maker edged lower in after-hours trading after reporting fourth-quarter earnings per share of $1.25 on revenue of $1.04 billion.
