Hong Kong protesters prepare for police action

Pro democracy supporters continue to occupy the streets surrounding Hong Kong's Financial district.

After more than a week of unrest and demonstrations, pro-democracy protesters in Hong Kong were bracing themselves for police action Monday after the the Hong Kong government warned over the weekend they were determined to get the Asian financial hub back to work.

Some protesters had left parts of the city, pulling back from the scene of recent clashes with those who back the pro-Beijing government.
