Any run-of-the-mill millionaire can get an apartment with a skyline view. But you have to be super rich to have an apartment with a skyline view for your Ferrari.
An apartment for sale in downtown Manhattan comes with two unusual and super-secret features—an elevator that takes your car to its own "Sky Garage" with views of the city, and a hidden glass staircase that leads to a secret set of bedrooms called "the sky vault."
"When people come to see this apartment, there is a lot of 'oooh wow,'" said Ryan Serhant, listing agent on the property and one of the stars of the Bravo show "Million Dollar Listing New York." (Like CNBC, Bravo is a unit of Comcast's NBCUniversal.)

"Secret Lives of the Super Rich " took a brand new Ferrari California T to the Sky Garage penthouse for a test. To get to the apartment, you drive into a secret elevator off the street that brings you up without ever getting out of the car. When you get to the 14th floor, the elevator door opens and you back into a gleaming glass garage with panoramic views of the Empire State Building and the rest of midtown Manhattan.
"To be able to drive in off the street, never even get out of your car, before stepping into the kitchen is pretty amazing," Serhant said.
"Who else has a glass floor in their apartment and also has a car garage with 360 degree views of the whole city?" he said.
Only, it seems, the super rich. The cost of giving your Ferrari its own view? $19.5 million.
