California's extreme drought highlights the need to improve the country's water infrastructure.
Joseph Quinlan, chief market strategist at U.S. Trust tells CNBC's "Power Lunch" on Wednesday water is the next big thing.

"All water we drink in the future will be water treated," Quinlan said.
He believes this will be a huge area of growth and is something investors should focus on in their portfolios.
"I'm bullish on water infrastructure build-out. There are tremendous opportunities in waste water treatment and desalination," Quinlan said.
