  • To access the debate on CNBC.com, Apple TV, or in the app, you'll need to verify your cable subscription. If you don't have a username and password set up with your cable provider, you'll need to create an account with them when you go through the process. Learn how to access on your device.
  • CNBC PRO subscribers: To access the debate on CNBC.com or in the app, sign in with your CNBC PRO log in.

Verifying cable subscription instructions

To access on your desktop follow these steps:

  1. Go to http://www.cnbc.com/live-tv/
  2. Select your TV provider
  3. Follow the prompt to verify your TV service by logging in with your username and password. If you don't have an account with your provider, please register. You will see a prompt to register on that page. Make sure you have your cable subscription information on hand.

To access in the CNBC app on your iPad or iPhone follow these steps:

  1. Open the CNBC app
  2. Tap more in the bottom navigation
  3. Tap Watch Live in the navigation
  4. Tap Watch CNBC LIVE from the options that appear
  5. Select your TV provider
  6. Follow the prompt to verify your TV service by logging in with your username and password. If you don't have an account with your provider, please register. You will see a prompt to register on that page. Make sure you have your cable subscription information on hand.

To access in the CNBC Android app, follow these steps:

  2. Tap to expand the navigation in the top, left corner
  3. Tap Watch Live in the navigation
  4. Select your TV provider

To access on Apple TV follow these steps:

Search for CNBC on your Apple TV device.

  1. Open the CNBC app
  2. Go to Watch Live in the top navigation
  3. Select the current show
  4. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen. You'll be prompted to go to cnb.cx/atv on your desktop or mobile browser and enter the unique code that appears on your TV screen. Follow the prompt to verify your TV service by logging in with your username and password. If you don't have an account with your provider, please register. You will see a prompt to register on that page. Make sure you have your cable subscription information on hand.
  5. You'll receive a confirmation, and when you return to your TV, you'll have access to CNBC live
