Drive an Aston Martin

Aston Martin has been the car of choice for Bond for over 50 years and Spectre is no exception. The DB10 pictured here was designed at Aston Martin's Gaydon headquarters in Warwick, U.K.

Unfortunately, the DB10 will not go on sale to the public, with only 10 cars manufactured in total, eight of which were used during filming.

Instead, Aston Martin launched in September the DB9 GT Bond edition, which features a 6.0-liter engine, "unique Spectre Silver paint" and "007 Bond edition" branding. It costs £165,000 ($253,000) and you'll need to hurry to buy — only 150 have been made.

Wear a Tom Ford bomber jacket

The modern Bond is largely clothed by U.S. designer Tom Ford. For Spectre, Ford partnered with costume designer, Jany Temime, to provide evening wear, suits, shirts, knitwear, ties and accessories, all made in Italy.

Aspiring spies who feel the cold should opt for the Tom Ford knitted sleeve bomber jacket that Bond wears in the Austrian Alps (see next slide) in Spectre. This costs £1,450 in London's Harrods department store. For the full look, combine with Tom Ford's stirrup trousers in wool, which cost £999 and are also worn by Bond in the movie.

Ski in the Austrian Alps

Bond is kept busy in Spectre chasing a super-villain in Solden, Austria, but you might prefer to hit the slopes given its reputation as a premier ski resort. It features 100 kilometers (62 miles) of runs and attracts Brits and Germans looking to ski and party hard.

A five-night "winter pleasure week" in Solden's five-star hotel, Das Central, will cost from 1,303 euros ($1,441). This includes a breakfast buffet, four-day ski pass and food and wine voucher worth 400 euros ($442).

Use a Sony smartphone

In Spectre, Bond opts for an Xperia Z5 smartphone, which Sony launched in September. The Android-powered phone features a minimalist design, a fingerprint sensor, 23 MP camera and a long-lasting battery. Buy it for £549.99 from Carphone Warehouse.

Wear Crockett & Jones shoes

Bond changes his footwear six times in Spectre, with each pair of shoes and boots made by heritage U.K. shoemaker Crockett & Jones. All styles are available from Crockett & Jones shops in London and Birmingham in the U.K., plus New York, Paris and Brussels.

The casual brown suede "Swansea" derby shoe worn by Bond in Spectre will cost you £345. The more formal "Alex" in black calf leather will cost you £400. These were also worn in the last Bond movie, "Skyfall."

Drink Belvedere vodka martinis

Bond is back on the martinis in Spectre, drinking luxury Polish vodka "Belvedere." A 007 limited edition bottle is on sale now, featuring the image of the MI6 spy headquarters in place of the usual Belvedere Palace. Opt for the £160 Belvedere Silver Saber with laser etching if you're feeling flush, or else go for the £35.95 version. Combine with vermouth and add an olive for the full Bond experience.

A disguised Bond joins revelers in Mexico City for the famous Day of the Dead celebrations. The festival, which is equivalent to Halloween and dates back to Aztec times, sees huge celebrations take place across Mexico to honor deceased friends and family members.

The Spectre scenes in Mexico City were filmed at the Gran Hotel Ciudad de Mexico overlooking the Zocalo main square. The five-star Art Nouveau hotel is fully booked for Day of the Dead on October 31, but a stay in November will cost from $140 per room per night.
