Top trader Najarian buys auto stock

CNBC "Halftime Report" trader Pete Najarian purchased shares of General Motors Thursday for his model portfolio after spotting unusual options activity.

In other model portfolio moves, Jim Lebenthal sold his J.C. Penney position, Stephanie Link sold half of her Baxter International and bought Synchrony Financial, and Jon Najarian bought ConocoPhillips.
