Pinnacle Foods CEO to depart to take chief role at Keurig Green Mountain

Pinnacle Foods on Wednesday announced that its CEO, Robert J. Gamgort, will leave the company at the end of April to assume the role of CEO of Keurig Green Mountain.

Keurig was recently acquired by a JAB Holding Co.-led consortium.

Gamgort will continue to lead Pinnacle and serve on the company's board of directors until he departs, the company said.
