Stocks are higher ahead of earnings season, which kicks off with Alcoa after the market close on Monday.
Kevin Norris, president of Univest Wealth Management, tells CNBC's "Power Lunch" he earnings will be a bit better than expectations, but expectations are poor.

"We felt that the first half would be a struggle, but the second half would be the recovery," Norris said.
In this environment he's advising clients to invest in companies that are best in breed. One of Norris' top picks is McKesson.
"Healthcare has been beaten up, but demographics are favoring this industry," Norris said.
The health care sector is lower during trading, but McKesson is up.
