As the three major indices hit their highest levels of 2016, the "Fast Money" traders debated safe haven investments for investors that don't feel as confident about the rally.

Trader Pete Najarian likes the technology space right now. He thinks there's still plenty of upside left in names like Microsoft and Cisco.

"Cisco literally in my mind is one of these stocks that's not that far away from — I bought this today — I think this stock has $10 at least of runway over the next year in front of it, " he said.

Trader Guy Adami pointed out that the iShares Barclays 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF was up on the day.

"There's clearly something going on still with the bond market and gold market, S&P aside. Clearly you can be in both. That's been the right trade over the last few months," Adami said.

Tim Seymour thinks Caterpillar is an interesting name in the industrial space because it's lagged. However, he thinks that health care and financials are better areas to be in at the moment.
