Britain's Royal Family is looking for a social media editor, or so-called head of digital engagement, who will find "new ways to maintain The Queen's presence in the public eye and on the world stage."

The role requires a background in managing and editing high-profile websites, as well as marketing and technical experience, according to the job description. The advert states the salary will be £45,000 ($64,797) to £50,000 ($72,011) per year depending on experience.

"Whether you're covering a state visit, award ceremony or royal engagement, you'll make sure our digital channels consistently spark interest and reach a range of audiences," reads the posting on The British Monarchy's website.

The social media team will certainly be facing a busy week this week; the Queen is celebrating her 90th birthday on Thursday, with various events planned – including the release of a new Royal Mail stamp which features Prince George for the first time. President Barack Obama will also be in London and is joining the Royal Family for lunch at Windsor on Sunday.

If offered the role, one can look forward to 33 days of paid time off and free lunches, as well as running HRH's Facebook page (but no poking).
