Dawn Fitzpatrick is global head of Equities, Multi-Asset and O'Connor at UBS Asset Management, responsible for overseeing more than CHF 300 billion in assets. Fitzpatrick began her career with O'Connor & Associates in 1992. Prior to her current role, she was also the chief investment oifficer of O'Connor. During her tenure, she has served as head of various teams within O'Connor and specialized in investing in equities, equity options, index options, convertible arbitrage and merger arbitrage, as well as derivatives.
She holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and is a member of the UBS Asset Management Executive Committee. Fitzpatrick is a member of The Federal Reserve Bank of New York's Investor Advisory Committee on Financial Markets. She was named as one of Business Insider's most powerful women on Wall Street in 2013 and one of American Banker's 25 most powerful women in finance in 2015.
