Bank of America's Moynihan on bad loans, M&A

Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan joined CNBC for an exclusive interview to discuss a range of topics including the bank's exposure to bad loans, when the mergers and acquisitions business will ramp up, and the company's position on North Carolina's controversial bathroom bill.

Moynihan, who's been at the helm since January 2010, also spoke at length about the BofA's earnings results and changes in government regulation.
