Hunting for value: Managers bullish on investment

Successful investing often comes down to that elusive balance between risk and opportunity. Savvy portfolio managers are always on the hunt for value and find opportunities and investing ideas no matter what the market environment looks like.

With stocks snapping back after getting off to a really ugly start earlier this year, CNBC met with three portfolio managers to get their insights in this video on some investment opportunities they are keeping an eye on in the months ahead.

John Maloney, chairman and CEO of M&R Capital Management, Nick Galluccio, president and CEO of Teton Advisors, and David Pearl, co-chief investment officer of Epoch Investment Partners, discussed specific investments they liked and where they are putting their money.
