2. Top analyst: Move to the sidelines on McDonald's as burger sales fizzle

One of Wall Street's top analysts lowered his rating on McDonald's to neutral from buy on the prospects of weaker sales.

3. Buy Priceline on rising profit margins: Barclays

Investors should buy Priceline as profit margins improve on more efficient ad spending, according to Barclays, which upgraded the shares of the online travel company to overweight from equal weight.
