Stephanie Link believes Visa is poised to rally

Stephanie Link, one of the members of CNBC's "Halftime Report" panel, scooped up shares of Visa for her model portfolio, betting on the stock to rally.

So far this year, shares of the payment network company have lagged the market, falling about 8 percent from a record price set April 19.

The recent drop, however, presents an opportunity for investors to step in and get the shares at a discount, according to Link.
