Jon Najarian, up 16% in 2016, buys Etsy

CNBC "Halftime Report" trader Jon Najarian bought Etsy for his model portfolio Tuesday. His portfolio is now up 16 percent year to date, putting him in second place in the trading contest behind Jim Lebenthal.
