Poser's number one pick is Dick's Sporting Goods. He believes the athletic-apparel retailer will benefit from acquiring old Sports Authority locations.

" If you go to SportAuthority.com it immediately takes you to Dick's Sporting Goods.com. They picked up 30 stores 15 of which are between Florida and California, which are really good stores," he said.

Poser believes Under Armour will continue to have 25% revenue growth, and he believes it has one of the best growth stories: "This is the best stock for the long investors. We think if you look at 18 months to three years you're going to look back and go I should've bought the stock now. They're focused on their own brand and they're making the right decisions."

While the bears might believe the mall business is dead. Poser believes there is still hope for Foot Locker.

"Foot locker does the best job with communicating with core customers. They are continuing to remodel stores, putting in new systems, and expanding their new concepts. We think they execute so well, and this athletic trend isn't going anywhere," he argued.
