Donald Trump just gave Hillary Clinton some great material for her next campaign TV ad.
Asked to name one thing that he admired about his much-hated opponent for the presidency, Trump called Clinton a persistent foe who "doesn't give up" and who is "a fighter."
"I will say this about Hillary," Trump said, after Clinton complimented the real estate mogul about his children during their often heated debate.
"She doesn't quit. She doesn't give up," Trump said. "And I respect that."
"She's a fighter. I disagree with much of what she's fighting for. I do disagree with her judgment in many cases."
"But she does fight hard and she doesn't quit and she doesn't give up," Trump said. "And I consider that to be a very good trait."
In her own answer about Trump's positive quality, Clinton said, "I respect his children."
"His children are incredibly able and devoted, and I think that says a lot about Donald," Clinton said.
"I don't agree with nearly anything else he says or does, but I do respect that," she said. "And I think that is something that as a mother or grandmother is very important to me."
