After-hours buzz: CUDA, FTNT & more

Check out which companies are making headlines after the bell on Tuesday:

Barracuda Networks saw its stock jump about 7 percent in after-hours trade. The IT security company reported quarterly earnings of 21 cents per share versus analyst estimates of 13 cents per share. It also reported revenues of $88 million, beating estimates of $85 million.

Shares of Fortinet plunged 15 percent after the bell. The cybersecurity company announced preliminary financial results for its third quarter, and now expects quarterly revenues between $311 million and $316 million, below analyst estimates of $322 million in revenue. The company also expects to report adjusted earnings per share between 15 cents and 16 cents, short of analyst estimates of 18 cents per share.

Delta Air Lines shares jumped nearly half a percent after the market closed. The airline company announced its executive chairman, Richard H. Anderson, will retire effective Tuesday. Francis "Frank" Blake, former chairman and CEO of The Home Depot, has been lead director since May 2016, and will succeed Anderson as Delta's non-executive chairman.
