Activist hedge fund manager Barry Rosenstein discussed his market views and investments in an exclusive interview with Scott Wapner on Thursday.
Rosenstein is founder and managing partner of Jana Partners. The firm has $7 billion of assets under management.
On the market environment: "[The market] is fairly valued ... I believe this is the kind of market where a fund like ours can find really interesting situations and take advantage of volatility," he said.
On the election: "I congratulate Hillary on running the perfect Sun Tzu strategy. Never interfere with your enemy, while he's in the process of destroying himself," Rosenstein said.
