The "Fast Money" traders looked for opportunities in the market as U.S. equities fell amid election jitters.

The CBOE Volatility Index, also known as the "fear index," hit a high of 20.43 on Tuesday, its highest level since Sept. 12.

Trader Pete Najarian said he "loves the financials" but is waiting for a pullback.

Trader Karen Finerman said United Rentals looks attractive right now. The stock fell more than 3 percent on Tuesday.

Trader Guy Adami said Honeywell is an interesting stock that he is keeping an eye on, especially if it breaks past $110 a share.
