Product Recall: Your Yankee Candle Jar Could Crack

Yankee Candle is recalling around 31,000 of its "Luminous Collection" candles, saying a square glass jar containing the fragrant wax is a laceration hazard.

The company has received 16 reports of the glass cracking once the candle is lit.

Customers who purchased one of the affected candles should stop using the product immediately and contact the company at 877-803-6890 for a full refund.

The candles were sold on the company's website and in its stores from September to November 2016 for about $35.

The following fragrances are affected: Sea Salt & Coral, Blackberry & Sage, Apple Blossom & Melon, Sugarcane & Honey, Pine & Sandalwood, and Cinnamon & Cedar.

No injuries have been reported.
