Tiny home living is "financial freedom" for 28-year-old homeowner Nick Koridis.

He paid $28,000 for his cabin on wheels, but most small dwellings aren't as cheap as they used to be. The median list price just hit close to $119,000, but even though they're going up in value, tiny homes actually take longer to sell than regular homes.
