The first rule of business? Talk to your partners about the business.

The Profit's back with an all-new episode Tuesday at 10P ET/PT. And this week, Marcus Lemonis is headed to Chicago's Windward Boardshop, a beloved local snowboarding shop that's seen better days. Business for the once-thriving extreme sports boutique has plummeted after its owners tried to expand too quickly. With three partners who don't communicate and a second location that's piling on the debt, Marcus will need to work fast to get this company off thin ice.

Check out the clips above for a sneak peek.

About The Profit
When Marcus Lemonis isn't running his multi-billion dollar company, Camping World, he goes on the hunt for struggling businesses that are desperate for cash and ripe for a deal. In each one-hour episode of The Profit, Lemonis makes an offer that's impossible to refuse; his cash for a piece of the business and a percentage of the profits. And once inside these companies, he'll do almost anything to save the business and make himself a profit; even if it means firing the president, promoting the secretary or doing the work himself.
