-Stock futures are lower after Tuesday's strong rally. We get new home sales data at 10 a.m. ET.

-At a rally Tuesday night in Phoenix, President Donald Trump vowed to build the wall on the border with Mexico even if he has to force a government shutdown to do it. He also said that the U.S. will "probably have to terminate" the North American Free Trade Agreement.
