President Donald Trump heads to North Dakota on Wednesday afternoon to sell tax reform.
It is his second such speech in two weeks, following one he made in Missouri last week. Both red states have vulnerable Democratic senators up for re-election next year, who Republicans could try to get to back an overhaul of the U.S. tax system.
Trump is not expected to unveil any new details about the Republican tax plan.
