Cramer's lightning round: Buy Cisco when it goes below $38

• It's that time again! "Mad Money" host Jim Cramer rang the lightning round bell, which means he gave his take on callers' favorite stocks at rapid speed.

Cisco: "Anytime it's below $38, you can pull the trigger. I think it's cheap now."

PayPal: "Buy, buy, buy! [CEO Dan] Schulman's just delivering and delivering and delivering."

Eagle Pharmaceuticals: "No. Specialty pharma that I don't care for. Don't buy."

Frontier Communications: "Sell, sell, sell, sell, sell, sell, sell, sell, sell, sell."

Skyworks Solutions Inc.: "It's overdone on the downside. I'd pick it up in the low $90s."
