Davos, Switzerland, 20 January 2020 – CNBC, the world's number one business and financial news network, today announced that it will kick off the preview of East Tech West 2020 at the World Economic Forum in Davos on January 21.
The exclusive event preview will consist of panels and fireside chats exploring some of the key themes of East Tech West 2020, including investment in tech and the future of 5G. Led by CNBC's China Technology Correspondent Arjun Kharpal, he will speak to some of the region's influential business leaders including Shou Zi Chew, Chief Financial Officer of Xiaomi, Guru Gowrappan, CEO of Verizon Media, and Kaifu Lee, Founder and CEO of Sinovation Ventures amongst others. Dong Ke, Governor, Guangzhou Nansha District People's Government is also set to grace the event preview.
