Jeremy Siegel is bullish on Big Tech stocks, says the shift toward digital is 'permanent'

Widely followed finance professor Jeremy Siegel said technology stocks will continue to benefit from a long-lasting shift toward online behavior brought on by the coronavirus pandemic. 

"This pandemic is going to change things forever," Siegel said on CNBC's "Squawk Box" on Tuesday. "The shift towards digital, the shift towards tech, is permanent."
