Three ETFs to play the rise in rates, according to the charts

Value stocks are the way to go as interest rates rise, according to Janney Montgomery Scott's technical strategist.

Strategist Dan Wantrobski said the change in the interest rate environment has changed the stock market's internals. Banks and other financials, small caps and more recently value stocks have taken the lead, and they should continue to do well, he said.
