Here are the biggest calls on Wall Street on Monday: Guggenheim upgraded Target to buy from neutral Guggenheim said in its upgrade of the stock that the company is executing and that investors should buy the pullback. "We are upgrading TGT to BUY and establishing a $200 PT. We have admired the execution and performance of the company over the past year and have been waiting for a pullback to become more constructive." Oppenheimer upgraded Lemonade to outperform from perform Oppenheimer upgraded the online insurance company mainly on valuation. "Given the stock is more than 50% off highs, we are upgrading LMND from Perform to Outperform and establishing a $110 12- to 18-month price target as core business continues to prove out with consumers moving upmarket, along with enticing results from newly launched product offerings." Citi downgraded SeaWorld to neutral from buy Citi said in its downgrade of the theme park company that the stock's upside was "muted" at its current levels. "We are downgrading SeaWorld from Buy to Neutral. Management continues to execute remarkably well with continued cost cuts, higher guest spending and initiatives like year-round park operations in several parks. However, when we layer in the benefits from these initiatives, it suggests the equity is likely worth $52 a share." BMO upgraded Marvell to outperform from market perform BMO said in its upgrade of Marvell that it saw an attractive risk/reward. " A combination of a yield-driven sell off along with a bit of a harsh reaction post the recent earnings call offer an opportunity at current levels with an attractive risk/reward profile on shares, in our view. We see downside to $38, and in an upside scenario, shares can trade to $60 from current levels." Bank of America added Gartner to the US 1 list Bank of America added the global research and advisory firm to its US 1 list and said the stock was "poised to deliver" annual earnings per share growth. "We believe the company is well positioned for a cyclical recovery and revenue acceleration beginning by mid-year. Adding in its newfound commitment to expanding margins, its cash generative business model, and a likelihood of meaningful buybacks, Gartner appears poised to deliver mid-teens+ annual EPS growth in 2022 and beyond." RBC upgraded Coca-Cola to outperform from sector perform RBC said in its upgrade of the stock that shares are "poised to benefit from improved mobility" and that the company should emerge stronger from the coronavirus. "The stock has retrenched and the COVID situation seems to have stabilized in the US and select international markets. We believe KO shares are poised to benefit from improved mobility (especially when the weather improves) and should emerge from COVID-19 stronger than it went in due to an organizational re-design." Stifel initiated Bumble as buy Stifel initiated the stock with a buy rating and said it saw a "long runway" for the global leader in the online dating space. "We view Bumble as a global leader in the online dating space offering a compelling and differentiated value proposition for consumers, which we believe will lead to a long runway of paying user / ARPPU growth, and a multi-year operating leverage story due to Bumble Inc.'s innately highmargin business model and solid profitability thus far." Goldman added Salesforce and Microsoft to the conviction buy list Goldman added Microsoft and Salesforce to its conviction buy list and said they were "well positioned to capitalize" on digital transformation spending. "We are adding three software stocks to our Conviction List: COUP, CRM , and MSFT . We continue to see Microsoft and Salesforce as well positioned to capitalize on digital transformation spending, which we believe will outpace overall IT budgets for the foreseeable future." Pivotal upgraded VF Corp to buy from hold Pivotal upgraded the apparel and footwear company and owner of brands like North Face and Vans and said it sees an attractive setup for VF Corp. "As a reminder, we've been on the sidelines for just over three years, after downgrading back in February 2018 on what we thought was an unfavorable set up. At that time, The North Face was going through a transition, Vans was about to lap some tough comparisons, and we were lowering estimates. Today's setup is very much the opposite of three years ago." Susquehanna upgraded Accenture to positive from neutral Susquehanna upgraded the consulting and processing services company and said it was an "interest rate play in tech." "A large vertical comprising ~21% of ACN revenue, Susquehanna reviewed 20 years of data and finds performance in Accenture's Financial Services group positively correlated to rising interest rates. ... .With signs of aggressive hiring to meet pent up demand, we are raising estimates and upgrading ahead of the potential turn with a Price Target of $290." MKM upgraded Peloton to buy from neutral MKM said in its upgrade of the stock that the sell off in shares has created an "attractive buying opportunity." "Since Feb 4th, Peloton shares are down ~-34% (vs. S & P 500 trading roughly flat). We believe the recent selloff in shares has created an attractive buying opportunity. Hence, we are upgrading shares of PTON from Neutral to Buy."
