Citi upgrades First Solar, says Biden plan creates 'catalyst-rich environment' for stock

President Joe Biden's green energy push could be a boon for shareholders of First Solar, according to analysts at Citi.

The firm upgraded the solar panel stock to buy from neutral on Monday, saying that the company was well-positioned to benefit from the White House push for green energy.
