Cowen upgrades Darden Restaurants on economy reopening, strong Olive Garden outlook

Cowen upgraded shares of Darden Restaurants to an outperform rating on Thursday, saying they missed out on the stock's more than 100% gain over the last year, but that the company still has plenty of upside ahead.
