Citi upgrades HP to buy, says personal computers are set to boom

Investors should buy HP to take advantage of a new growth cycle in personal computers, according to Citi.

Analyst Jim Suva upgraded the tech hardware stock to buy from neutral, saying in a note to clients on Monday that demand for computers should remain strong as issues with the tech supply chain are resolved. Shares of the stock were up 2.5% in premarket trading after the call.
