Here are the biggest calls on Wall Street on Monday. Wells Fargo initiates coverage of Microsoft at overweight The tech giant has more upside even after a strong 2021, according to Wells Fargo. "Even after having become one of the largest companies on the planet ... we still see a bright future ahead for Microsoft , driven by continued growth prospects in huge categories of IT spend ... ability to further monetize strong positioning in multiple end markets ... and a financial profile that continues to exhibit durable growth and margin expansion." Wells Fargo lowers price target for Disney but maintains overweight rating Wells Fargo revised its price target for Disney down by $7 to $196 per share but said that concerns about the company's streaming subscriber growth are overblown. "Investor jitters are building as the implied core net add trajectory seems aggressive to some, especially amidst increased focus whether Disney+ has a wide enough content offering to hit its defined TAM. Our view is that the slower-than-expected production ramp is the biggest culprit of the net add slowdown throughout FY21, which we expect to fully abate in F2H22." BTIG downgrades Teladoc to neutral from buy Slowing subscriber growth could keep Teladoc 's stock from climbing higher, according to BTIG. "While the revenue CAGR is expected to be ~25-30% over that same time-frame, we are disappointed with the membership growth expectations. Our view is that membership is the most leading indicator of long-term growth. We are also disappointed that there doesn't seem to be an aggressive, 'top-priority' effort to grow international membership." Atlantic Equities upgrades Adobe to overweight from neutral Other Wall Street pros are underestimating the potential of Adobe 's digital experience business, according to Atlantic Equities. "Its total addressable market is vast and expanding, and we expect Adobe to retain its market share, delivering mid-teens revenue growth and margin expansion. In addition, we have a differentiated view on the Digital Experience segment, and are above consensus, due to our positive take on new leadership there." MKM Partners downgrades Activision Blizzard to sell from neutral Activision Blizzard has been hit with reports and investigations into its workplace culture. MKM Partners said the stock won't be worth the risk until the company makes major changes. "In our view, the issues Activision is facing as a result of the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing lawsuit and other regulatory investigations into alleged sexual assaults and mistreatment of female employees, are deeper than originally feared. Furthermore, we do not believe these problems are going to go away until a clear resolution is reached, starting with the removal of CEO Bobby Kotick." BMO Capital Markets upgrades Xcel Energy to outperform from market perform The utility stock has lagged behind its peers but should catch up over the next year, according to BMO Capital Markets. "Shares of XEL have underperformed the broader group by ~10% year to date as well as its high-quality peers by ~6%. At these relative levels we believe XEL shares represent an attractive entry point for investors especially when the company is compared to several of its high quality/ compounding peers given its visible, above-average growth (with additional upside potential), and positive catalyst calendar." Cowen downgrades Blink Charging to market perform from outperform Investors should look elsewhere in the charging space after Blink 's recent hot streak, according to Cowen. "Blink has consistently traded at a premium to the group this year, but at more than 30x P/'23 revenue (consensus) the stock trades 7x above the closest competitor and nearly 20x higher than the group average. We prefer CHPT and EVGO as ways to play the growing EV charging theme."
