Goodyear Tire (GT) upgraded to buy from hold by JPMorgan ... very good story, have had CEO Richard Kramer on Mad Money several times ... Shares of Goodyear sank 27% on Friday after company warned inflation in raw materials and transportation could hurt profits ... trading 6 times earnings. JPMorgan and U.S. Bancorp both cut to hold from a buy at Jefferies ... analyst upgraded Zions Bancorp (ZION) and Comerica (CMA) to buy from hold. Tyson Foods (TSN) cut by Barclays to hold from buy ... said all the good news priced in ... Raymond James downgraded Texas Instruments (TXN) to hold from buy ... criticized company for spending too much money late in the cycle ... $3.5 billion each year through 2025 ... really disagree with this. It is a secular story and they all need to spend. Discovery (DISCA) downgraded by Credit Suisse; price target cut to $52 from $61. Morgan Stanley said Cisco Systems (CSCO) potential deal for Splunk (SPLK) could be a good thing ... analyst wants Cisco to make a deal to accelerate the transformation Coinbase (COIN) ad during Super Bowl of a floating QR code crashed the app after traffic surge ... Crypto lender BlockFi to pay $100 million in settlement ... SEC said it illegally offered a product that pays customers high interest rates to lend out their digital tokens. Under Armour (UA) — Piper Sandler said post-earnings selloff was a "clearing event." I say stay away.
