As Wall Street’s ‘fear gauge’ drops, these riskier stocks should pop

A measure of fear in stocks just broke below a key level, signaling that investors have started to take on risk again following a correction in the stock market. If the fear gauge keeps descending, some stocks could see an outsized pop in prices, including Tesla.
