Ann Jacobs, MD has decided after twenty-six years in Avon to return home to West Virginia to continue her work as a surgeon.
The Cleveland Eye Clinic was established in 1943, and also has offices in Elyria, Cleveland, Bedford, Brecksville, and Toledo. The practice is privately owned by its doctors. Dr. Jennifer Killian, the firm's staff optometrist will stay on board.
