Boyden’s Leadership Series Features Castrol’s Naveen Kshatriya

MUMBAI, India--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Boyden, a global leader in executive search, today released its latest issue of the Boyden Leadership Series featuring an in-depth interview with Naveen Kshatriya, former Regional Vice President, Asia & Pacific (A&P) region of BP plc's Castrol and former CEO and Managing Director of Castrol India.

Mr Kshatriya joined BP/Castrol in 1998, where he held several senior positions. Prior to leading the Asia & Pacific region, he was Regional Vice President of the Transcontinental region, covering Africa, Turkey, Middle East and South Asia, and concurrently the CEO and Managing Director of Castrol India. He was also a member of Castrol’s Global Leadership team from 2004 to 2011, member of the BP CEO’s apex group of Top 100 leaders covering the entire BP Group, and a director of BP Singapore Pte.

Prior to BP/Castrol, Mr Kshatriya held management positions at Unilever, in India and the Middle East. He studied mechanical engineering in India, receiving his degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur.
