(NYSE: LEO) declared from net investment income a monthly cash dividend of $0.049 per share of common stock, payable on November 30, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 15, 2012. The ex-dividend date is November 13, 2012. The previous dividend declared in September was $0.049 per share of common stock.
