--$278,000,000 Floating Rate Class A-1, 'AAAsf'; Outlook Negative;

--$360,000,000 Floating Rate Class A-2, 'AAAsf'; Outlook Negative;

--$575,000,000 Floating Rate Class A-3, 'AAAsf'; Outlook Negative; and

--$37,500,000 Floating Rate Class B, 'A+sf'; Outlook Stable.
