Thomas Properties Group Announces an Increased Fourth Quarter 2012 Cash Dividend

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Thomas Properties Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: TPGI), today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share of common stock. This represents a 33% increase in the quarterly dividend. The dividend is payable on November 29, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 15, 2012.
