Frank Morton transitions to Board of Directors

NEW ORLEANS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Turn Services is pleased to announce that company founder and President, Frank Morton, will transition to the Board of Turn Services as a Director and Mario Muñoz will join the company and succeed Frank Morton as President. Both appointments are effective October 1, 2012.

Mario Muñoz joins Turn Services from American Commercial Lines where he has spent the past 11 years, most recently serving as Vice President, Vessel Operations. Muñoz initially joined ACL in their Risk Management group and has since held various senior operational positions. During his career, Muñoz has gained invaluable experience in the areas of Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Safety, Fleet Operations and Vessel Operations.

In his new position, Frank Morton will focus his efforts on national industry initiatives and regulatory guidelines, while continuing to assist with the development and execution of the company’s long-term strategic plan.
