Bow Wow to Co-Host "106 & Park"!!!

New Album UNDERRATED Available Soon on Cash Money Records

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Bow Wow once again proves to be a hip-hop renaissance man as the Cash Money Records rapper and actor officially signs on to co-host the highly influential "106 & Park" on BET Networks.

Boasting more appearances in the program's 12-year history than any other artist as well as guest hosting on multiple occasions, his history with "106 & Park" is so deep that he's been affectionately crowned, "Mr. 106 & Park".

As a powerhouse in both music and film, this is an extremely natural transition for Bow Wow. "I'm very excited to take on this new journey in my career,” exclaims Bow Wow. “I'm all about branding myself not just in music—but on TV and in movies. Everyone always wanted to compare me to the Fresh Prince, well now they can call me The Fresh Prince of 106 & Park. Get ready for a whole new world". Bow Wow will share co-hosting duties with Ms. Mykie, Paigon, and Shorty Da Prince.

Cash Money Records co-founder Bryan "Baby" Williams aka "Birdman" shares his excitement about this new world. "Bow has this in the bag! In addition to being a great rapper, he is a natural personality with great star power and style. His brings a new air to the network and my brother 'Slim' and I couldn't be more proud. This is another great example of YMCMB expanding our presence in the television and film world".

Bow Wow will also drop Underrated, his eighth studio album and first for Cash Money Records, very soon. The collection's latest single, "Right Now", will impact radio in the near future, and it's another example of his diverse talent and inimitable swagger.

Having sold more than 10 million albums and over 14 million digital assets, he's a multiplatinum hip-hop force, and his film output remains equally impressive. He became the first rapper of his generation to expand into stage and screen. He's starred in hit films such as Lottery Ticket and Tyler Perry's Madea's Big Happy Family as well as having a central recurring role on the HBO hit, Entourage. On the horizon, he'll star in a military film, Recalled, in theatres late 2012.

Bow Wow will only continue to evolve, and "106 & Park" opens up yet another chapter for this dynamic and diverse presence.
