Oct 2 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks to watch on Tuesday:

U.S. stock index futures pointed to a higher open on Wall Street on Tuesday, with futures for the S&P 500 , the Dow Jones and the Nasdaq 100 up between 0.2 and 0.3 percent.

** BOEING CO , Monday close $70.01, up 0.82 pct premarket

The company's engineers and technical workers rejected a contract offer late Monday, setting the stage for talks to resume Tuesday for labor agreements covering 23,000 workers.

** YAHOO! INC , Monday close $15.82, up 0.82 pct premarket

CNBC Mad Money host Jim Cramer said the Internet company has "real value because it has some really terrific assets", and new Chief Executive Marissa Mayer is committed to unlocking its value.

"That means the stock should go higher. Congratulations, Marissa Mayer, you finally made Yahoo a stock that's worth buying," he said.

Mayer, who gave birth to a baby boy on Monday, is expected to join work in a couple of weeks.

** PETSMART INC , Monday close $67.56 The company has replaced Sunoco Inc in S&P 500.

** ORACLE CORP , Monday close $31.67, up 0.5 pct post-market

Chief Executive Larry Ellison takes the spotlight in a rare public appearance on the third day of Oracle's annual user conference in San Francisco.

** MOSAIC CO , Monday close $58.01, down 1.7 pct premarket

The fertilizer producer reported an 18 percent fall in quarterly profit due to drops in prices and volumes of phosphate, a key farming nutrient.

** CONOCOPHILLIPS , Monday close $57.41, down 0.02 pct post-market

The oil firm is ready to sell its stake in Kazakhstan's giant Kashagan oilfield, and the Central Asian nation is eager to acquire this share, senior Kazakh officials said on Tuesday.

** KRONOS WORLDWIDE INC , Monday close $14.77

The titanium dioxide product maker released preliminary third-quarter results below market estimates hurt by lower volumes.

The company, whose products are used in the production of paint, plastics, laminate and paper, said it expects segment sales to fall to between $35 million to $40 million from nearly $160 million last year.

** ACUITY BRANDS INC , Monday close $63.10

The lighting fixture maker said it will incur charges of about $7 million related to the closing of its Cochran, Georgia production facility in the fourth quarter.

** AOL INC , Monday close $35.38

The company entered the mobile gaming market with a social video guessing game available on Apple Inc's iPhone that uses voice recognition technology to keep players from cheating.

** RADISYS CORP , Monday close $3.43

The network equipment maker cut its third-quarter revenue estimate, citing softer demand, to $63 million to $65 million, from its previous forecast of $66 million to $72 million. The company also said its Chief Executive Michel Dagenais resigned and will be replaced by Brian Bronson.

** FIFTH & PACIFIC COS INC , Monday close $12.77

The fashion company on Monday slashed its profit outlook for the year, citing difficulties at its struggling Juicy Couture brand in selling apparel at full price.

** JPMORGAN CHASE & CO , Monday close $5.50

New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman filed a civil fraud lawsuit against the company on Monday over mortgage-backed securities packaged and sold by Bear Stearns.

** WASHINGTON POST CO , Monday close $364.39

The company said it would acquire a majority stake in privately held Celtic Healthcare Inc, branching even further away from its newspaper roots.

** ALCOA INC , Monday close $8.91

The aluminum company said on Monday it expects to record a charge of about $85 million in the third quarter, related to an environmental clean-up of a river near one of its U.S. smelters.

** BLYTH INC >, Monday close $26.77

The candle maker said it would delay buying until April 2014 the remainder of ViSalus Inc that it does not already own, days after it withdrew the nutritional supplement seller's planned initial public offering.

The Federal Reserve has again extended the deadline for the company to resubmit capital plans while the insurer works to complete a sale of its bank deposit-taking operations to a unit of General Electric GE.N.

The medical device maker on Monday named Kevin Lobo, head of its orthopedics unit, as president and chief executive following an eight-month search.

Hedge fund manager William Ackman is blaming the company's top management for the consumer products company's problems, but said he understands the board wants to give the CEO more time to repair years of damage.

3M and Honeywell International signed separate takeover deals to further diversify their broad lineups of industrial goods at a time of uncertainty for the world economy, the large U.S. manufacturers said on Monday.

Returning the damaged Crystal River nuclear unit in Florida to service could cost $3 billion and take eight years, according to an independent review of repair options commissioned by Duke Energy as it pursued a merger with Progress Energy earlier this year, the utility said in a filing Monday.

The automakers report U.S. sales for September, and analysts expect an increase of 8 percent or more after dealers offered generous cash incentives on pickup trucks.
