HGS Announces Appointment of President of HGS USA

HGS, a leading global BPO service provider, has appointed Kathy Hamburger as President of HGS USA. In this role, Kathy will be responsible for business growth, profitability and overall leadership of the US business. She will also be a key member of HGS' executive team and participate in overall corporate strategic planning.

Kathy has 30+ years of experience covering significant areas of business strategy with expertise in sales, client services and operations. Having started her career with AT&T, she has held various positions across consumer and business segments, handling operations covering payroll processing, treasury functions and multiple billing systems. In her role as President/CEO and Global BPO Head of 3i Infotech, Kathy developed a client focused and revenue growth culture for the company's subsidiaries in the North Americas. Kathy has been associated with organisations like Quantum Information Services, and Regulus Group, LLC.
